• Are you a EPA Lead Certified company?
• Is your company Renovation, Repair and Painting (RRP) certified?
• Are you knowledgeable in green and energy-saving measures?
• Do you have a Building Analysis certification?
• Do you provide seismic retrofitting?
• Can you provide names of satisfied customers and references?
• Are you complaint-free with the BBB?
• Do you have experience working with Homeowners Associations?
